Lanzhou Jiaotong University, February 8, 2017, Mr. Batyrov Shohrat, the Educational Counsellor of Turkmen Embassy in China came to the School of International Education to meet the Turkmen students studying at Lanzhou Jiaotong University.

The Dean of the School of International Education, Ms. Zhang Guojin, warmly welcomed Mr. Batyrov Shohrat, and thanked Turkmen Embassy in China for its new year wishes to the faculty and students of the international school. Ms. Zhang then presented a detailed introduction about the study, life, job opportunities of Turkmen students at LZJTU, and had a review of the fruitful results achieved in the collaboration of international students education and cultural exchange between LZJTU and Turkmenistan.

Mr.Batyrov Shohrat,recognized that LZJTU is noted for its academic atmosphere and discipline, and its programs and specialties fit the development needs of Turkmenistan, and that those are why LZJTU is favored by Turkment students and the number of students from Turkmenistan reached 50.

Mr. Batyrov Shohrat expressed that the purpose of this special trip to Lanzhou is to, on behalf of Turkmen Embassy in China, meet the Turkmen students during the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday, and to thank LZJTU for its efforts to promote the exchange between China and Turkmenistan.

Mr. Batyrov Shohrat, hoped that LZJTU will continue to promote educational and cultural exchange between the two countries in the new year, and encouraged LZJTU’s Turkmen students to work hard, and promote the friendship between the two countries.
